My Multicultural Practice Philosophy
I value and respect an individual’s right to self-determination. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for each client to share their feelings, beliefs, and unique lived experience. I view myself as a life-long learner that is always exploring different ideas, perspectives and approaches. I believe in anti-racist ideals and will continue to advocate for policies that promote diversity, equity and inclusion for all individuals. I practice cultural empathy and work to honor each client’s unique experience.
